Blanca Soma Bay
Blanca, located next to White Beach in Soma Bay promises to be a very unique location. Hotels are due to go up next to White Beach making Blanca the only residential compound in the area.
At the time of writing (April 2021), no units can be booked as Blanca has not launched yet. The Blanca launch is due on May 1 2020. There is, however, good news. Fully refundable heques can be taken to reserve a ‘Type’ based on a 1st come, 1st served basis.
For Cabanas, a cheque of 50k EGP is required to guarantee you a reservation to buy. Once Blanca is launched, you will be able to choose which particular Cabana to buy.
The same principle applies to the Twin Lofts and Standalone villas but in this case, a 100k cheque is needed to reserve a unit.
